Hey, blog. It’s been a while. December and a bit of January were filled with a lot of travelling and little computer time. I’m okay with that.
December holidays (summer+Christmas= Australian vacation time! The entire nation takes a least a week off. It’s incredible) saw us take off on a giant twelve-day road trip with little to no itinerary.
Camping nearly every night, running into friends in the middle of nowhere, swimming in natural creeks, swimming holes and rock pools, snorkelling in water so clear you could see for what felt like miles, climbing Australia’s highest mountain, Peter shaving his head on a whim, exploring natural caves and braving winds that nearly blew our tent over around 4am.
That’s what December looked like.
